By using the walldecalpal.com site, you agree to the terms outlined on this page as part of the ordering process. If you cannot accept or agree to these terms, you should not view or use any part of this website.
Custom Orders:
Please do not place an order for any expression that is or may be copyrighted or trademarked by a third party.. It is not the responsibility of Wall Decal Pal to review and clear all expressions ordered by our customers. You are solely responsible for any infringement of third party rights.
Furthermore, we reserve the rights to use any designs (or variations thereof) you create either for sale or for demonstration purposes, on our site. (Excepting those phrases which are copyrighted by third parties)
Returns are not available for custom orders you create on our site, except in cases of product damage or errors on our part. Please design accordingly. Ensure correct spelling, punctuation and capitalization, and measure your space to ensure it will fit.
Right to Refuse Orders:
Wall Decal Pal reserves the right to refuse orders containing anything which Wall Decal Pal finds offensive or inconsistent with company values.
Payment Methods:
At this time we accept all major Credit cards, and use PayPal to process orders and collect payments.
Verification of Credit:
By placing an order, you consent to Wall Decal Pal confirming with a third party that your credit card is valid and can be assessed the net total of your order. You understand that if the validity of your credit card is questioned in any manner, we reserve the right, in our discretion, to refuse to process your order.
Processing Time for Orders:
Domestic orders should arrive within 4-10 business days.
International orders should arrive within 8-14 business days.
Orders paid with E-Check will be processed after the E-Check clears, usually 3-5 business days. Shipping will be an additional 3-7 Days (or 8-14 for Canadian Orders) after that. If you need your order to ship quickly, please do not use an E-Check.
Shipping Methods:
We use USPS Priority Shipping service, and offer $5 shipping on all orders to be sent within the United States. For International orders, we use USPS Priority Mail International (for Shipping to Canada only). The shipping price for International orders is $10. All duties, fees, customs and taxes incurred at the Canadian/US border will be the responsibility of the customer. Rush shipping is available for an additional shipping fee.
Damage to Walls and Other Application Surfaces:
Please note that Wall Decal Pal will not be responsible for any damage to a surface upon which a graphic has been applied. Be careful when choosing where to apply your wall decals.
Return Policy:
Wall Decal Pal has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the designs we stock, you may return the unapplied graphic to us within 30 days of placing your order. You may then choose to exchange your decal or receive a refund for your order (less shipping).
Returns are not available for deacls which have already been applied. If, however, a letter or two has been damaged during application, we will send the replacement letter(s) at no charge.
Returns are not available for customized decals you create, except in cases of product damage or errors on our part).
